How It Works

  • You carry out your market appraisals as normal. If you identify a property that is suitable for auction, send it to us and we’ll do the rest. If we need to discuss pricing with your vendor, we’ll let you know.

  • You market the property as normal through your normal, proven methods (including portals).

  • Continue to undertake viewings as you normally would, whether they are individual or block based viewings. If you need any additional support with viewings, let us know.

  • We will handle all auction questions, queries and support.

  • We’ll handle all pre and post sale enquiries and actions relating to bidding, exchange and completion, in accordance with the Vendor’s instructions.
